This was one of my first attempts at doing a 'chibi' or SD (super deformed) self portrait character. I was pretty pleased with how this came out, although it later became redundant as I started to colour my hair (red + black instead of natural brown). Notice the arcade machine, which happened to be my first arcade machine - a classic black stand up cab. Later in the year I got a new arcade machine, again rendering this out of date. ^_^ |
